The objective of the programs for colleges is to equip students and faculty with engineering and managerial skills with global-industry inputs. The training objectives include

• Augment existing faculty skills and knowledge through training in core Engineering and Management domains
• Train students on IT, Core Engineering and Managerial Skills.
• Impart training on company-specific skills (i.e. HP, IBM, Oracle, P&G, Unilever, etc) in IT and core-domain areas. |

The institute has the option of conducting these programs in India/ Singapore. All Singapore based programs are jointly conducted by Fortune 500 industry professionals from Corporate Gurukul and eminent professors from world's top 100 Universities.
