Rajesh Panda

A Governor's Gold Medalist and Best All Rounder from NIT, Rourkela (Class of 1996), Rajesh had an illustrious corporate career in Sales & Business Development with HCL Hewlett Packard and Wipro before venturing into niche, fast paced, technology start ups in Embedded Systems and Customer Interaction Management (CIM) domains in Singapore. Rajesh is trained in Leadership Consulting and has assessed senior and middle management of Fortune 500 companies.
An avid marathoner, he topped the Indian-Male category at the Singapore Marathon (10km version), 2005 and plays cricket in the Singapore League.
Rajesh is an active S P Jain alumnus and founded the online alumni-networking forum 'SPJIMRNet' which has over 1000 SPJIMR alumni today. As a school boy, he was adjudged the as 4th Best NCC Cadet of India and was felicitated by the Prime Minister of India, Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi. He was also a recipient of National Talent Search (NTSE) Scholarship.

Radhika Datar

Radhika works with Procter and Gamble (P&G) in a Regional Business IT Management role for Asia Pacific and is currently based out of their Singapore office. With an Electrical Engineering background from IIT, Kharagpur Radhika's first job was with Larson & Toubro where she was adjudged the Best Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) of her batch (1997). She graduated as a top student in Information Management from S.P.Jain, Mumbai and received a Pre-placement offer (PPO) by P&G.
Radhika has been with P&G since 2001 where she is a top performer in P&G's Asia Pacific operations. With a passion for training and development, she has trained several hundred P&G employees across Asia Pacific on various IT Management domains. She is also trained on Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership Model.
Radhika is a basket ball enthusiast and had represented IIT, Kharagpur in Inter IIT basketball tournaments. She was also a recipient of the prestigious National Talent Search (NTSE) Scholarship.
