Reports To: Sales Head


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Bring Educational Institutes on-board by building a network of key faculty members and engaging with them on the value proposition of Corporate Gurukul to the Institutes and Students
  • Research Industry trends, viability and opportunity; Competitor offerings, USP and; Customer needs, challenges and value chain
  • Articulate requirements determining purpose and specifications enabling internal stakeholders to understand intent and deliver a holistic product
  • Create collaterals in collaboration with the Community and Product Managers which can be utilized to engage with possible partners and relevant stakeholders – Institutes, Faculty, and Students
  • Ensure a perpetually fantastic customer experience
  • Works closely with stakeholders to attract the best Talent, develop Talent, and sustain a performance and value-driven Culture

  • Ownership – Steps up to take additional responsibility of unplanned activities and unforeseen scenarios
  • Revenue Impact – Business acquisition, retention and monetization
  • Stakeholder Management – Customer Experience and retention
  • Collaboration – Strong peer/ stakeholder feedback and mentoring Juniors

Purpose of Role:

The Sales Manager is the person that works on the Demand-side of the Business. He/ She builds, engages and drives value proposition to ensure business closure and revenue generation.
