How was Corporate Gurukul born?
In 2002, Rajesh emigrated from India to Singapore as a Gold Medalist and Best All-Rounder from NIT Rourkela (one of India's top education institutions). Yet in Singapore, no one knew NIT or Rourkela or his home state of Odisha, India. Within months, 22 years of life and education-his experiences, degrees, credentials, and academic relevance-were rendered invisible.
That experience revealed a hard truth: global careers are built not on qualifications alone, but on global identity, relevant skills, and demonstrable impact. What mattered was not just what you knew, but how you acquired skills, how you applied them in a global context, and how the world perceived your relevance.
Corporate Gurukul was born from this insight.
It exists to ensure that talent is recognised not by where it comes from, but by what it can deliver-anywhere in the world.
Rajesh went on to partner with leading global institutions to build recognised skills, certifications, and professional identity through immersion, internships, and applied research. Anchored in experiential learning, Corporate Gurukul bridges the gap between education and employability-turning potential into global credibility with global identity.
