For the first time in Asia, Corporate Gurukul, in collaboration with NUS Business School, presents an exclusive 7-day Global Immersion Programme (GIP) for high-potential undergraduate students aspiring to pursue MSc programmes at NUS Business School. This highly selective programme offers shortlisted students first-hand academic and business sprint exposure, with initial candidate selection conducted by Corporate Gurukul.
The programme combines 15 hours of NUS Business School faculty sessions with a 48-hour mentor-guided Business Innovation Sprint Challenge, giving students the opportunity to learn business fundamentals and immediately apply them to a real-world venture challenge.
Across business model design, strategy, finance, operations and venture development, participants work in teams to build, validate and pitch a viable business solution.
The programme concludes with a Faculty Jury Panel where teams present their Business Innovation Sprint Challenge.

5-Step Selection Process for GIP
We look for motivated candidates who meet the following requirements.
Step 1 - Academic Background
Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference is given to students with GPA ≥ 80% or above throughout their UG Programme.
Step 2 - Work Experience
Relevant work, project or internship experience.
Step 3 - English Proficiency
English is not the native language, possess at least one of the following: IELTS 7.0 OR TOEFL 5.0 OR Proof that prior undergraduate degree Is conducted entirely in English.
Step 4 - Essay
The 500-word motivation letter should address why the candidate is applying for the programme, how the programme aligns with their interests career goals and/or MSc aspirations, and why they are a good fit for the programme.
Step 5 - Personal Interview
Personal interview with the Founder of Corporate Gurukul.

Participants form teams and collaborate to develop a viable, fundable and defensible venture, applying classroom concepts to a real-world business challenge before presenting their final solution to the faculty jury.

Develop a differentiated business model, organisation structure, process map and management strategy addressing an emerging customer need.

Develop a 3-statement financial model, funding and valuation strategy, and unit economics analysis.
